Kingman Recreation Commission and Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to bring in a full time employee. The duties would include working from 8am-12pm at the armory and 1pm-5pm at the KRC office covering all listed duties.
KRC office manager job objective: Under the supervision of the Director, the OM/PA will be in charge of the KRC office and assistance supervision of all KRC activities, including, but not limited to scheduling, personnel management, program promotion and various administrative tasks.
Chamber director: The ability to assist members in building their business relationships with the community and beyond, oversee the finances of the chamber, oversee, day-to-day operations of the chamber, coordinate and lead community events, retain and recruit new and existing chamber members.
Knowledge and ability to collaborate and network Quickbooks, annual budgets, KPERS, monthly federal and state tax filings, quarterly unemployment tax filings and annual W2’s and 1099 tax filings, strong customer service, public speaking and time management are important to fulfill the duties for both KRC and the Chamber.
This role would be eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and KPERS. Hourly wage will start at $13-$15/hr.
